Everything is stock except the 31G Dr Pulleys. Everything works perfect, (as in all parts move in and out just fine). I ordered a new inner and outer pulley half, as they are grooved and I am going to install everything back together, all cleaned up and greased, with my old original belt and new rollers, (no after market stuff at all).  If it was the Dr P's that hung up or slid out of position I will never know? But I doubt it? Defective belt? I doubt it? Will run it for 500 miles, look at it, and if all fine, will run it another 500 miles. If all is good then I will put on a new belt. I am sick of this $220 some dollar rubber crap. This belt should be no more than $60.00 bucks in my opinion! ???

I had an issue with the DR pulleys jamming up the var. I thought it was the torque drive till I opened the var. The rollers were in Hundreds of pieces including the brass inserts. They jammed the var open, and the TD couldn't close until it blew up another 50 dollar BRAND NEW Malossi belt.
I agree with you on the belt price. It is Insane. Perhaps the web site Alibaba will lead you to a cheaper supplier. It is a site that lists manufactures, and their products mainly for wholesale bulk but Many of the sellers will sell one piece at wholesale prices without tax id numbers. Try looking thru these

Good idea going back to stock rollers, Sissy.  It's what I did.
