Baby oil in a spritz bottle. Any light weight oil is fine

... Why would you want to use a smaller carb?
The original is made for the 80ccm motor, and this is why it is 20mm :)
First Kymco agility 50 (2008) 11.000+ km (dead)
Second kymco agility 50 (2010) 20.000+ km. Project Fuel Injection. Stolen.
Kymco K-pipe 125 (2014) 7400 km.

I'll measure my carbs the next time im able to then, but i'm pretty sure that both my 2008 and my 2010 are near to identical, because the only diffrence i've been able to find are some markings in the bottom of the swimmer housing. :)

The carbs they install oem are 19mm. I used a 20mm of the same type. Just a silly little mm longer

might just go for a larger carb and de-restrict the exhaust and plonk a open air filter on it, then play with jet sizes untill i get it runnin proper.

Too big is a no no on 4t's you will lose low end torque if you go over 20mm. It's like sucking the air out of a room using a sewer pipe vs a straw. There is no velocity. A smaller carb has more velocity, and pulls a better charge from the jets. Anywhere from 19-22mm is good depending on the pipe.

...i ran a 20mm cvk on my a50 for a while...loved it!!!

..then i started having issues..and swapped it out with oem...carb was not the problem, but a clogged exhaust..

..i left the bowl open on the 20mm, and the rubber seal shrunk so much that i couldnt get it to fit in the grooves...

..never did get a replacement.....
