might just go for a larger carb and de-restrict the exhaust and plonk a open air filter on it, then play with jet sizes untill i get it runnin proper.

De-restrict the exhaust? :S
I've never heard of a restriction in this exhaust, but if you'd like an exhaust which lets alot of air go out, go for Leo Vince LZ 7470. It sounds great, and it even has a real restriction, which you can remove with a screwdriver and a hammer. :)
But dont drive with the restricted boss with the Leo Vince exhaust.  Not because it will hurt your engine, but it WILL hurt your ears and drive you crazy xD

Mine did too, but this week there are razzia against fast 2-wheelers, so its back in, and since the sound from the exhaust is no longer "behind" me, its driving me crazy. :D
I'll try to record the sound of the Leo Vince soon so you can hear it. ;) Unfortunately, the sound will often top out the microphone on most recorders, but it might give a hence of what it sounds like on a 50 cc, and it will problably sound even better on a bigger engine and with the restriction out. ;)

i dont care much for the police around hear as i live in britain. we are not really suposed to derestrict them and all bikes on L plates can go no faster than 30 mph according to the law, but everyone does it anyway and the cops couldnt care less. the exhaust should sound really good with a 80cc kit, just doing sum last minuet sourcing so when my dad dumps the money in the account i can just order everything.  then its a trip to alberts house to get everything fitted.

Usually, most of them dont care either, and especially not when i've got my mirrors on and a big 4-stroke, but when theres a razzia, they are forced to check ALL bikes they see. :/

ah right, its not really the same deal here though.  to police, pulling a scooter for engine parts which "may" be on there would be too much paperwork for them, they would much rather you go about your business and be sensible about it, if you aint a problem then you create less paperwork for them to fill out, keeps em happy. the only people i have to worry about are the VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency) if they find your bike or car below standard they can have it seized and towed away.

I have had the conversation on the side of the road... It is modified but it is still under 35mph. BUT it gets to 35 in 1.7 seconds. Wanna try?
Ok there bud... Have a great day. Hey... Where do you get those?

Most cops here wont hassle you unless you ride dangerously or reckless. Once you get past 20 then they tend to leave you alone if you ride wearing proper gear and dont razz about mental (too much). They only hassle younger kids cos tbey know many of them will have no license or insurance etc so they use any excuse to pull them. I got pulled last month but as soon as i raised my visor and they saw i wasnt a teenager they were fine with me, we ecen had a chat about scootering which was nice  ;D

Back on topic please  >:(

Theres a Naraku UK site? Did u see it? http://www.naraku.co.uk/transmission/drive-belts/139qma-b-kymco-cylinder-kit-4-stroke-90cc-race-cylinder-and-head-kit.html
