Those Germans go mental on Scoots of all sizes. I've seen some wild and wacky creations from Gerryland, they have no worries spending top dollar for top equipment and parts over there. Germans like perfection and all that.

Some of them live in the lousiest tiny houses, because they've spended all their money on a mercedes or sh** like that :D

Right i have placed my order with scooter attack, Central scooters was hopeless and just seem to be out of stock 90% of the time i did manage to get a iridium plug out of em though. gonna wait a while to see if they get sum stock bk before i get the rest of the parts. i did get the majority of the parts from scooter attack. as soon as i get em through the post i shall be busy posting pics n here aswell as pics of me and albert fitting all the parts, should be like a story with pictures showing the trials and tribulations we will go through to get this working like a treat.

right!!! i have ONE part so far....its the Iridium spark plug...just checked UPS to see where the rest of the parts are and they are currently in germany, so they should be here monday  ;D

quick update on the parts.... i have just checked UPS and my parts are in norwich and should be delivered on monday. still need to get hold of a Crank and camshaft aswell as other little bits and i dont really want to start work on it untill i have all the parts i need, will be better to break all the parts in at the same time rather than here and there.

i am now on there site, all i need is a cam and crank a couple of valve stem oil seals and afew other bits. the ups package is on its way aswell i'll be gald when that fuc*er gets here.

right i now have the parts...i now have my 72cc race cylinder kit, sports carb, sport crank, polini air filter, performance exhaust, high voltage HT lead and a iridium spark plug.  the only thing left to get depending on the condition of the original is the camshaft but apart from that all i have to do now is get hold of my mate so we can fit the bits. expect ALOT of pictures in the next week or so. btw Wordslinger if your reading this which no doubt you will be, how do you go about tuning a exhaust with an expansion chamber? i saw one of your youtube vids and a saw a scoot with a expansion chamber just didnt know if you knew how to go about getting the best from it.

No worries on the pipe. Exp. Chamber pipes are a gimmick on 4t's. They are just for looks. The way an Expan. Pipe works is to push the expelled charge back into the exhaust port at pre set rpm's. You have no port so no pushing is needed.
