Looks like one of those Star Wars robot guys... Oh well

Yes it does, or a crazy frog, but still nice tho.

Is it easy to adjust the height of the beams on your lights up or down? Just wondered how ypu did it for future reference when i get around to modding mine eventually.

They have no built in adjustment. I just installed them for PoPo Camo. I had to measure 20 times to get them where they are. Of course I can modify the housing inside to adjust... But it's not an issue for my needs.

I can't wait to assemble it. Parts always look cool but the proof is in the finished assembly. I never seem too happy when their done. The next paint will be White/gold... Maybe

At least one paint session a week. I like to do different things all the time. I'd go nuts just doing engines/running gear. Fabrication is cool, and painting is a ZEN thing for me. Get High as F on the fumes, have a beer to calm down, ride home,walk/feed the animals, roll a prescription cigarette, and chill here with you all. 390 days a year.

I love painting too. The prep is so taxing, but when you see the finished product it makes it all worth it  :)

I'm not sure if it's an extra month or the same one over, and over again! I know how to schedule my work by temperature not a calendar.

See our scoots need to go thro a yearly test so if the beams shine too high or low or L or R we wont get a pass and its illegal to use. Reckon i need to make mine easily adjustable when i finally get to it. Shouldnt be too much of an issue.

apparently theres a adjusting screw either on the bottom left or right of the light housing when you take the plastic off the frount and i think if you screw it one way or another then it changes the beam up or down....at least thats what i read in the service manuel.

Yeah i know that but i was meaning when i finally get round to crafting my new front panel and swapping the lights to different ones.

ah right, would you be able to use someones mot station because they have the wall charts that gauge how high the beams are...i know my dad had to use them because he was a mot tester and i spent a hefty amount of time there when i was younger.
