However, we cannot get direct from factory because China's too big and the factories there are days travel apart. Too time consuming if we're talking about lots of products. We have agents in China who contact these factories, collect them products, then ship out. Still cheap though. I use alibaba or made-in-china.com, get the factory/company details, inform our agents there and they do all the leg work, for a fee of course. Send me samples, I evaluate, approve, design packaging, order quantities, they then send pre-shipment samples, I approve, then they ship out.
