If there are any fiberglass shops near by... Get a bag full of scrap cuts, and stuff them in. Free packing.
Cool  :)

I can use any money saving tips right now

I believe malossi goes green, yellow, then red. 1000, 1500, and 2000. So yes.

Some 1000s are blue some are green. Malossi variator comes with a white one. I have no Idea what that is.

There is a chart somewhere on the web for the Malossi colors... Stiffest to lightest... Red/Blue/violet/green   Full race/2000/1500/1000  The yellow, and white are weaker than the OEM springs. They are for tuning a stock scoot to entry level modifications. If the yellow has no real effect try the violet.

From what I have seen/read the yellow is a 1500 rpm spring.Hopefully it is and I'm not out another 12 bucks.

The yellow is an included spring with some Var kits. I had one in the ZX. It is taller than oem but takes less force to compress than the oem. The Yellow took 42psi to compress fully, and the oem took 44. The green Malossi takes 45, thru to 85 for the red malossi. I'd return the yellow, and get violet/blue.

I've also thought about adding some additional holes in the CVT covers for better ventilation and heat removal....any suggestions?
