It'll be nice riding a "stock" scoot, MAYBE a lil less worry for a bit. Cheesy
I most definitely have to disagree with that!  I've ridden so many customers and friends scoots and none compare...not even close!!! ;D

Hell One cracked pipe led to me trashing three builds. I hurried the second engine so I had transport, and lost a wrist pin clip that trashed the spare, and Then I started running the 4t with a bad head till that one died. The next morning my Corsa was at the post office so all the builds begin again...

I takes ALOT of patience to ride an OEM scoot now. I wanna get off, and walk along side just for something to do.

Good dam points. Nothing like a bbk for sure.
I was pretty impressed with a "stock" L.C. S9 though.(jus minor cvt so far)
I had gotten used to the ag again too.. sh**, i was hauling ass today... :D
Dam sure felt good to be above 40-45 indicated.. :D

I wish i could find some help with the z engine.. really not any machine shops around these parts. I did finally find one that would bore a cyl. tho for $50. ::)

You just have to be your own machine shop.  Do you have a drill press?  All you need to fix your cvt.  Find a collar or insert of some sort thats inner diameter fits the gear.  Measure the OD of said collar.  Mount the case perfectly perpendicular on the drill press (check, double check, triple check, check again).  Use a new, sharp drill bit and bore the hole oversize.  Carefully...whack that sh!t in there with some green, press-fit, loctite and call it good.  ;D

Reduction gear...you know what I mean!  Anyways, yeah don't slip!  You only get one shot!  That's why I say very very carefully!  I've had to make due with what I have and I've been alright... ::)

Ps. I also have a friend that works at GE that has access to more precision equipment when absolutely necessary.  He has been a savior a few times to say the least!

I'm grateful!!!!  He is the one who fixed my exhaust for me last week...that didn't have to go to the plant though...he managed that in his garage. ;)
