Any body had this problem?

Replace 2 or 3 times a year! What kind of gas do they use over there, or what do they put in it? Somethings up? Are you using chinese parts?

We are 10% 93oct at the pump. And jes, I buy China parts for these particular engines. The OEM E10 safe version is just as thin so it stretches out of shape quicker than it's larger 125-500cc cousins. This one I'm referring to on a 90cc GY6. The OEM diaphragms don't last long enough to warrant the cost. In this particular situation.

Before, I was not totally sure of the ill effects of ethanol in gasoline until I had to siphon it.  When pure gasoline gets in your mouth, you just spit and smile. With e10... spit and frown! you can really feel the burning sensation in your mouth!!

This is what we do during my high school racing days with the "no choice" 20% alcohol.

1. Buy Alcogas (Gasohol) using containers and not direct to tank.
2. Add a little water to gas.
3. Water and alcohol mixes and settles at the bottom because it heavier than pure gasoline.
4. Siphon pure gasoline up to just above the  water/alcohol mark.
5. Tadaa! Pure gasoline!

Road a little over 100 miles sunday, filled up with 1.8 gallons. Right around 54-55MPG @60MPH.
