What size did you drill out the jet to?

Did you secure the manifold down tight so it doesnt leak? Check its not too tight, i did this once and split the rubber underneath causing an air leak. Scoot ran like crap till i found it.

Those numbers mean nothing to me ???

3 what? 3mm? Should be 82main on a derestricted Agility, not sure if fitting a leo vince req a larger jet on a 4t ? If it was running good before hand then i would guess it down to the jetting being wrong?

Its best to just get new jets to the size you need. the pilet jet you dont need to touch.
just the main to a 82 any bigger you well get shoked out. and for the muffler if it dont fit tight you may need the washer that goes in there or spacer.

..you will need somewhere in the vicinity of a 95 main jet....

..that translates to .95mm

..the 3 and 5 makes no sense...

..aannnd, the thing is, a pipe doesn't greatly increase 4t performance...oem exhaust can handle the addition of a free-flow filter, which will indeed increase performance, with a few other mods....

Definitely sounds like jetting issue, if they drilled out to 3mm or 4mm, you could just use a funnel instead... I have mine jetted at 1.05mm right now and its waay to rich.

I've looked around for a while to find bits and that can accurately drill jets but they are hard to find. Luckily my neighbor owns a company that manufactures machines specializing in exactly that, drilling super tiny and precise holes in things using electric current. That's where i become confused..
I'm at 2225ft. I should use a SMALLER jet than ANYBODY.. ::)......I mean TECHNICALLY, with the denser air altitude,etc....

It's an historically dry "county". The Air is fine. There is something in the water tho...
