What do you think? It is WOT and rolling backwards. I recently changed the plug.  Is it too lean?

Everything looks brand new. What else was done to it? There are too many variables to answer from the Vid.

It is an 08 with 659km. It has the technigas pipe with the rollers that were supplied with it, open air filter.  I filed the main jet to around 93mm or so according to a digital caliper gauge. It also has the boss drive mode. I also put a fuel shutoff valve on it.

Take the open air filter off and put the stock box back on. Once you get it tuned with the stock box go from there.

..sure sign that your jetting is too lean, and firing very hot...

..put in a 37-38 pj, and at least a 115-120 main jet...

..i have the same setup as you, pipe and filter, with the exception of my oem carb...

..my 04 carb has a bigger diameter slider and carb intake than yours, and i'm running a 38pj anda a 125 main...


..your scoot is running waaay lean, and i'd advise you not to fire it until you increase jets....

It also looks like your clutch needs to engage closer to the powerband so that the clutch engages after all that low power/low RPM stuff.  Try that CDI, and get your jetting sorted and I'm sure it'll be much better.

..reason i said that, was i bought two of those pipes, one for nina and one for christine, the 02 ppl that tried to kill me...

...we set up the ppl first, and it was tending rich...pipe burned a nice cool brown, and still is..

..i was tending waay lean at my first attempts on the s9, and very quicky burned the pipe black, to the piont that it burned all the finish off 5 inches down from exhaust manifold...

..that was when i put the oem pipe back on, and started over with just air filter first...

..maybe the ppl wass too-too rich, i'm learning, as this is my first pipe-tuning event...

..my s9 pipe finish burnoff has stopped, tho...since i got my jets right...

I bored the main jet out just a few thousands it is in the 95-97mm range.  It ran great last year with the jet how it was in the 93-94 range.  Another thing when I turn the fuel shutoff valve off it will run for a few minutes at idle before it dies.  It will also run good a giving it gas only when the valve is shut off before it dies.  Here are some pics of the plug I just pulled this plug has been in it for this year when it has ran badly
