Yeah, it happens a lot when it's hot. Some mechaninc said it was usual for a big bore one cylinder.
I had a 115 jet in my 500X, and it was hard to make it home, and that's even after I adjusted the valves to .004 inches.
So I put in a 125 jet, and I'm running a Leo Vince exhaust at 5300 feet in elevation, which I thought would be rich, but it's a little better because it feels like it's running cooler.
I think it is endemic to the engine under these conditions, so don't do a bunch of stop and go driving in extreme heat.
