Let's join the rest of the developed world.  No death penalty.  Besides it's more expensive than life imprisonment and doesn't stop but a few people that, under extreme emotional stress, consider the possibility of death for what they're about to do.
Our death penalty system is also not balanced and when we kill mentally ill people with these laws we're inhumane.
It was instigated most recently by a knee-jerk response to rampant crime and by politicians rabble rousing billy and janie bob.  Plenty of far right wing folks got elected on the get-tough nature of reinstating the death penalty and it has failed because there's no way to know if it has stopped any crime.

Well, in USA many prisons are owned by private corporations and there is big money in running the business. That's why incarceration rates are skyrocketing in USA.
Guys in Washington clearly disagree with you and they would like to see even more people in (=more money for those running the facilities = more money (bribe) for lobbyists).

Maybe this is why prisoners have RIGHTS and homeless people who are good persons just out of luck have lesser rights and just die on the streets. What a system....

Perhaps then you are the troll, you made no accusations yet made the same exact post in 2 threads, what were you looking to accomplish?

I mean, come on man we are all adults here, if you can't come out and say what's on your mind on the internet then where can you? Or are you just the passive aggressive type?

If you have trouble saying what's on your mind send me a PM with an outline and I'll play devil's advocate on your behalf.

Otherwise you sound like a loser to me

Not knowing where your from I can't comment directly to your statement but if you are refering to the US the policy we've been hanging people for hundreds of years.

I joined this forum mainly to talk about scooters , not that it should be restricted to that . Lately there have been a lot of thinly veiled threads that seem to be designed to stir a lot of controversy . What is the point ? It kind of reminds me of the people who hijack forums to try and sell cheap electronics , porn etc. I just thought I would express my opinion . Is that ok ? Am I also allowed to say what I think even if it is not pertainent in your opinion ? I have a 2002 Kymco People 50 . I enjoy riding it and I like to visit this forum . Thank you .

Juice got it right Trolls...
Jesus was born in a ghetto. There have been ghetto's since there have been people. Same with "gangs". There weren't too many social halls 40,000 years ago. You should have thought about that before slamming my niger Too Pack. (one of the "Bro's" stole the other four from the pack... thus too pack)
Prisons are HUGE business here. While 86 percent of all prisoners are "non white" they are just 23 percent of the population as a whole in the US. What does that tell you?
It's NOT about reform, or any fairy tale bull crap. It's about removing those you do not want to see. Same everywhere.
IF someone does a crime/confesses, or is caught "red handed" then take a limb, or a penis, or an eye. But killing changes nothing. Maiming I believe is a much better deterrent. The Death Penalty in the US is a joke anyway. At LEAST 10 years of 3 hots, and a cot. Plus daily access to all your new friends. It sure doesn't scare me. Loosing my junk/hands does.

That's why mosquitoes never stop biting/stinging, because we slap and kill them. Take off a limb and it will fly back to its group to warn them not to sting anymore!!!! Lol!!! That was a joke!

Now there's an opinion I can live with and deal with. The reason all of us joined is because we have a Kymco in common. If you want to read just scoot stuff read the other sections of the forum. The general section is a mixed bag of tricks, you can read scoot stuff and social issues. The social issues fills in some blanks when the scoot stuff has been asked and answered. I speak for myself only here but look at some other posts that have been made before you try and pin a troll label on anyone. I've started several topics on scoots and answered a few questions on scoots myself, however answers from me will be slow in coming as I'm new to scooting.

If I can give some advice here, don't call people trolls unless you have some fact to back it up, if you only want to talk scoots don't click on social topics, that should be easy and fully in your control. If you want to join in a social issue by all means please do, if we don't talk about things how will we ever get to know one another?

Peace out.

I very much enjoy these off the wall "dicey" topics. It seems to bring out a passion in everyone. Whether you agree or disagree with the poster is not so much a burden. It allows us to express what we normally cannot.
Try talking MOST of this in a bar, or at a city hall meeting. You will have your ass handed to you in either place. Here we just click off. Nice!
