hey, I have the Vitality 50 and want to get the speed inhibitor out so that my scooter has some more power for hills. From what I understand, there's a restrictor in the intake or output of the muffler to reduce airflow and therefore HPs.
I read the manual and can't find any info about how to do this.... please help?!
Also, I would like to change the oil... Other than the filter, what else do I need?
