clock

The clock on my Yager has stopped keeping good time.  It is so far off, I don't know if it is fast or slow.  Anybody else have a similar problem?

UPDATE;  This AM the bike would not start.  A quick investigation found that the pos. terminal on my battery was very loose.  I think that that was also the clock problem.

mine seems to be keeping pretty good time, how much does yours lose over how long?

mine keeps pretty good time - exactly one-half hour off since my addled mind couldn't figure how to set the minutes when i first programmed it. duh.


is your bike still under warranty?

Mine has been keeping excellent time. Maybe a minute off since DST change.

Mine drifts about a minute a month.....

Mine seems to be doing good too. Are the clocks run on a separate battery? If not is the onboard computer calculating time between starts and stops?

I missed the part about the loose battery connection. I had a tach that went nuts up and down with no change in engine speed and it was a loose battery connection CAUSED BY THE BATTERY CLAMP PANEL NOT BEING INSTALLED BY THE SANCTIFIED DEALER. Then it took four months for the morons to get me the part and even had to get Kymco USA involved to pry them off dead center. I'll bet your clock will work fine since you have cinched up the terminal. Let us know.....

Yep, it was the loose connection.  Had to be my fault.
