well thanks for all the advice on here, did my sons kymco 50cc scoot over the last couple of weeks, first cut the cdi box...very carefully and did a v shaped cut..that way you can see where and what your cutting.
that inceased his speed from 30 to 35-36 mph, then bought a new boss/sleeve and fitted that, now its up to 40-45mph, so well hapy wit the results

I am, but most are not in their 20s like me. Plenty of qualified advice on here.

Im young, compared to a pensioner that is  :D

Think the age range is from 16-60+ here but we're all young at heart tho.

Glad its all worked well. Now to start tuning..........

i turned 28 about 11 days ago so im late 20's now. soon i'll be in the early 30's  :o
