Does anyone have any suggestions to get KymcoUSA to respond to dearer requirements. I have tried in the past and just recently to discuss this with them and cannot get even some lame response thanking me for my inquiry.

If you don't get a response via e-mail / phone in a reasonable time, you can try writing their head office in Taiwan and see if they can't ask them to respond:

All the dealers around me sell multiple brands. The dealer i'm going to has KYMCO, SYM, Vespa and others.  The only dealer that doesn't carry more than one brand is Honda.
