Instrument cluster LED fading
« on: June 23, 2012, 09:58:44 PM »
I have a 2006 Xciting 250.  The LED on the insturment cluster has faded and is almost impossible to read.  The instrument cluster was replaced under warranty for the same problem.  Does anyone know if the LED portion of the instrument cluster can be replaced separately or does the whole instrument panel need to replaced (about $200).

It appears you are talking about the Odometer and Time
Display.  Don't know of any replacement except the whole module.
Might look for a GPS style Odometer.
