Warranty Transfer
« on: June 27, 2012, 08:42:19 PM »
In case you didn't know, and two (2) dealers in town didn't know this..... Kymco's 2 year warranty IS transferable. Ive seen a few people mention on this and other forums that they were not. I did some reading up on their website and inquired about it and they said the 2 year is trasnferrable.
I purchased a used 2012 Like 200i (originally purchased in October of 2011) and just got my conformation today the remainder has been transferred. All you have to do is email them your info: name, phone, email, VIN and they'll enter you in the system. Easy peasey.
This is especially rad because I used the lack of warranty as a bargaining chip when purchasing.
