I've been looking at those... Lots of guys run that on the pulley side, and the Malossi on the clutch side. Figured Id wait till I am tuned to try one.

I would think it should effect the weights from pre loading the spring more. You may have to go heavier a few .1g's

I have not had good luck with the Naraku pulleys at all.  They don't seem to last as long as the stock, though they do perform well enough in general. 

The Multivar is awesome!  Thanks for this good write up on your progress with it. 

I have tried the Gates belts, and the Malossi, and the Naraku.  I almost hate to say it, but I honest to goodness believe that for our Kymcos, the OEM Bando belt is the best out there.

I 100% agree with you. I've found if I can get a Malossi belt to last 1 year I have a pretty damn good set up. Once that one is replaced an OEM will last much longer. When things are wrong... Kevlar s explode! It's the Drama I like... You can get more torque from kevlar I believe. But that is uncertain to me. Just a butt dyno...
