Not in the EU. We define any machine powered vehicle as a motorised vehicle. Even those who store muscle power and emit later (i.e. rubber band, flywheel).

Not motorised, driving license free.
But you still need a EEC type-approval certificate. Upgrade with lights at front at end etc.
And with its clearance height not very applicable in our old towns... combining the disadvantages of bicycle and truck.

This type of vehicle is very popular in our country especially on the country side. Hand-made from metal sheets.. all you need is a welding machine, ruler, chassis, drivetrain, engine, wheels, seats... etc. from the used vehicle parts yard.  After assembling everything, have it registered and, you're off! No testing, no safety examinations whatsover.   Unsafe? you bet ya!!

As per my knowledge horsepower is to the power of the engine. Extra horsepower will generally build a car increase speed. I think normally each and every car has more horsepower for good speed.

Technicaly it's a motor... Engines are different.

More hp is Always the goal. It never ends... well yeah it does sometimes.

Here, the only real way to make anything yourself that can be street legal is to make something hover. The traffic laws are only in effect from 0-30 cm (one foot) off the ground, so you can transport your racing machiene on a trailer of some kind. So if you could make something that hovers 31 cm off the ground, no insurance, no lisence and no registration... But any accidents would still cost you billions if you fly into someone without insurance. :p

In danish both are called motors, no matter if it is driven by electricity, steam or burning fuel, so i'm pretty sure that something would be called a motorised vehicle no matter if it has an engine or a motor.

Legally it is a motorised vehicle here even if its an electric scooter and is it driven on the public roads. People have been charged for it.

Also think this is probably right too, kinetic is using stored energy to power something right? Then technically the fuel is storing the energy, same as the battery on an electric driven vehicle, so really it could be called Kinetic too. Even tho its not
