I would recommend malossi multivar instead of just the original with a smooth boss, and then i would recommend to get a cupholder to hold your beer while you work or do service on the scooter! ;D
First Kymco agility 50 (2008) 11.000+ km (dead)
Second kymco agility 50 (2010) 20.000+ km. Project Fuel Injection. Stolen.
Kymco K-pipe 125 (2014) 7400 km.

+1 on the multivar..

..hands-down the best variator upgrade available for an agility..

                                         ;D

... and maybe some 5.1 or 5.5 gram rollers along with it...

...after that, you can experiment with different boss lengths, belt sizes, plug heat range (depending on your riding habits), maybe an iridium plug after that...

..there's more, its just all according to how far you want to go!!

Like word said.

I lathed 1.2mm off my boss length and gained 3-5 mph top end.
Chaos is my co-pilot.

Yeah, it all depends on how many money you want to spend on it and how many mods you want to do. :)

..with the oem bando, yeah probably...

..even half a mm shorter will probably result in a little gain in top speed...

..oem is 38mm...a 37.5 comes with the multivar...

..a gates premium 729-18-28 would work well...it's pretty close, if not just longer than the oem bando..

..a gates premium 732-18.5-28 is a good 3/16" longer than the oem bando, and wider as well...

..i've never ran the 732 in a 4t scoot yet, but i like the possibilities...

.i think streido is running a 736 belt, and has a damn good performing scoot!!..

..but if your bando has less than sayyy...7000-10,000 kms onnit, i'd tune to that belt...those bando's are hard to beat....

..a slightly longer belt offers the possibility of a higher top speed...

..usually, and almost always requires further cvt tuning to get it's full potential tho...

..cant change one cvt bit without it affecting another...
