at least they are easy to de restrict. when i got the scoot went to a bike garrage and they said you could not derestrict a agility 50. then i found these threds on hear. half hour later. all was derestricted.lol

Scooter restrictions suck....

at times yes. and the older the scoot gets the worse it gets.

First thing I did was derestrict mine... I understand about the moped laws etc in certain states 
but you need to be able to go 40 mph or so or get pushed off the road by traffic. Safety first

But the smooth boss is not a "fast part"...
The engine was designed with this part in mind, and it will even wear less because of the lower rpms at cruising speed...

..however, faster running is faster wearing..when you start taking your scoot to the next levels, especially...
