Mine finally arrived four days ago in Austin, Texas. On the back is the buxom lass on a People. Keeps me from taking my big X500 too seriously.

I don't recall being given an option of what scooter model would be on the back.

I've gotten 2, so far. I filled out the application a few times with the names of relatives. Also, it's not guaranteed you'll get one: "Complete and submit the form below for a chance to be 1 of 100 people randomly selected each month to receive a FREE T-Shirt. Offer good through December 31, 2009 for USA customers only."

They've changed it, then... but I knew they were going to. As soon as I heard about some people having a choice of models, I went back to the web form, and it was closed.
