Added a nice bright light just for the road kill..............Wired right to the battery with a safty switch that has a buld in fuse.............. I just hope someone passes me know giving me there brights.............

Not trying to make the same mistake twice.... But if I understand this correctly, the wire between your battery and the switch is not protected by the fuse ?

the fuse that is buld in to the switch is on a small wire just befor the switch its self that gos to the battery..........

You mean that you installed the switch with the built-in fuse very close to the battery ?
If that's the case then there's probably nothing wrong with it indeed...

Not trying to be annoying here, but as a professional who has seen too many dangerous contraptions built by hobbyists who were often convinced they'd built something completely safe, I'm always a little paranoid about these things... Most people don't see all possibilities for spectacular faults until you show them - and I used to be one of them before I started my career some twenty years ago, I know what I'm talking about....  ;D

its all good I appreciate your concern. here is a pic of a fuse I used its about 4 inches from the battery.
at the other end is the switch it came as a kit to hook up lights.
