I love the screen idea. I have more holes than plastic at this point, and that may keep the birds out. I'm gonna rig up something like that myself. Glad you posted those Thanks!

Hey guys, thought id share a pic of my 08 agility 50. Still a work in progress, but its been chopped and lengthened 10 inches using 120 wall pipe (really thick), custom handle bars and using the flip up backrest as the new seat. Also in the works is an 80cc big bore kit. Hope you guys like it. Ill post more pics when I get it done

Ahh, very inspiring... (I've got a spare Agility available for all kinds of experiments  ;D )

Brilliant idea, recycling the backrest as a seat !!

Not so sure about simply lengthening the frame though, the extra pipe may be strong enough for itself, but the extra length of the resulting "flat" frame puts a higher load on the existing pieces of tube near the engine mounts and the front.

I think it would be wise to weld an extra tube under the frame, positioned lower than the side tubes and perhaps with some cross-connection to the side tubes, to keep the frame from bending vertically and from eventually breaking the tubes near the engine mounts or front because of metal fatigue....

Keep those pictures coming !

Thanks for the kind words! I was thinking of welding in a top tube for extra support, kind of like a motorcycle. Then in the future, I could mount a fuel tank on the top tube. Id have to make a cross brace to mount it on the bottom, not to big of a deal

Hey Jaws, that looks cool man  8)

You should start up a new thread for this to keep it all in the one place so we can all watch it progress. I know i want to see how it turns out for sure.

I just wish i had a bigger garage, i got 2 projects going on in mine now, a car and a scoot, as well as a load of stuff stored in it and its only a single car garage  :D

Chaos is my co-pilot.

I use an app called Photobooth or Photogrid to collate the pics. Also an app called Labelbox for labelling then post the pic as one...

Jaws, do tell what you're using as a flasher relay and how its wired when you get it. I used an eflr-1 flasher relay on my r6 taillight on my ruckus. I got an idea for my agility to do away with the stock flashers.
