If you're referring to the Captain's Seat.  I got mine from POC  (Pride of Cleveland) scooter shop.
Between $225 and $250 ifr I recall.  Definitely a good investment.

On the Kymco website at http://www.kymcousa.com/access/grandvista.html they have pictured the "Deluxe Seat for Grandvista, part #2050".

I'm 6'2" and I'd like to sit further back. Does this Deluxe Seat position one further away from the handlebars and dash?

NO...I'm 5-10 and the seat length is somewhat short.  But the higher back is really nice.
If you can adjust yourself to it,  then it's fine.  I feel really more secure on it.  Possibly
lower to the ground,  softer and makes me feel more part of the bike.   A week or two ago,
I pulled my lower back out and this bike was the only way I got around for a week.  Couldn't
even get in the car.
