three bolts hex head to undo on exhaust. two 10m nuts on exhaust to engine.
fitting the leo is harder to get right. put everything on lose..... as you will need to re aline when its on. there should be some distructions with the leo.....ps dont use the 3 yellow clutch springs that come with the leo kit for the clutch. there to hard for a a 50 clutch.

the spring that come with the leo are 2000rpm ok for 2 stroke but not 4 stroke. you would be best putting 1500 rpm ones if you wanted to upgrade them

+1 like he says.

Clutch springs make little or no real difference on our little 4t scoots, torque spring changes things but you dont need to worry bout that yet.

bubba have you bought the leo yet? as on the 4 stroke it does nothing, except look good and sound loud. i love my leo but £100 is a lot to pay for an exhaust that has no proformance diffrence.
if you looking to improve proformance look up streidos derestriction guid http://www.kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=6198.0

Yeah i'll back up about the Leo Vince cos i got one too. Best thing about it is it looks good and wont rust like stock exhausts, wont really improve performance tho at all.
