Test Drove the NEW Kymco Yager GT 200

Very  nice...smooth,  powerfull  for  a  short wheelbase  scooter...$3499 for  fuel injected 200??? Great  price  point...

I was wondering how those felt, it did get a 3 out of 3 so i figure it felt pretty solid, and i really like the front fairing.
the seat looks like its formed for a bigger bottom like mine too! lol

i just dont understand and never have..the point of a larger front tire, why not make both 13" or both 12"?

My wife just purchased a '10 Yager200. She loves it. We just returned from first ride, and she has that silly scooter grin. She was riding a Grand Vista 250 but it was too big and cumbersome for her. The Yager is fuel injected and quick.

She went from a buddy 150 to the GV250. And then she quit riding. And finally told me why, now I've got my favorite riding partner back and we're going out for a longer ride when it cools down some. Here in the Austin/San Antonio are, afternoon highs have been 100 or better. No need to fire up the grill, just lay it out in the sun.

Whats the top speed on the Yager and hows the acceleration?  I bought a Scarabeo 200 back in May and I HATE it, the thing is a piece of chinese made (with an italian label) piece of junk.  I'm thinking about upgrading to the Yager or S250.

Sorry for the delay, I've been on the roads.

My wife went from a GV250 to the Yager, and likes it much better. It's just now getting borke in enough to really see what it'll do, but I can tell you that after the first service at 600 miles, and still being borkien in, she rode it from San Antonio to Austin - about 80 miles - and made the trip fine.

We did take back roads, speed limits from 45 to 60. Off the line, her Yager is about as quick as my X500. Shortly after take-off of course the 500 pulls away. It's a sweet machine and she is quite happy with it.

Howdy,

 The new Yager looks to be an attractive choice for anyone seeking a practical, quick urban commuter/errand runner. In many ways, the Yager reminds me of my old Daelim S2-125, which also had a flat floor and mucho underseat storage among other things.
 I'm not sure I'd be comfortable going much faster than 65 mph here on Louisiana's roads on those 12/13 inch tires, but that's just me; nice to have the extra power on tap.
 The only criticism I've read about the Yager was something about it being susceptible to water splashing up under it's rear and causing problems, or something like that.
 Anyone want to chime in about thier Yager? This looks like one promising scoot.
