Hand Guards (wind protection) ?

Has anyone found hard guards that they like ?
I'm looking for something to keep the wind off my hands during long winter rides.

These hand guards appear to be for scooters.

Plus they have LED lights on the 'forward' side - better visibility.

My full windscreen covers the hands to some extent, the ones you show in the links will undoubtedly be better but what I have isn't bad. I wear Track workers insulated and reflective gloves made of leather with a plastic coating inside the layers for water protection. Nice!

08 - I'm wearing an underarmor under glove with a leather glove over that.
It's pretty good bit hands still get cold.

I have used the ones I linked to and they work good. For $7.50 they hard to beat.  they are big though.

But I just had to order a pair ! Not only is it a great price but the amazon reviewers loved them too.

Isn't underarmor a thin layer of man made stuff? If I'm thinking right you need something to cut the air flow from cutting through the fabric and something to hold in your hands natural heat.

The gloves I'm using are pretty thick, almost to the point where my flexibility is hindered when it comes to using the brakes but not quite. Wish I had the time to go through the picture posting process.

Yep that's what under armor is like.

That's why I wear the leather gloves over the underarmor gloves.

The leather gloves are pretty good, but I can still feel the air leaking through the sewed seems.

Wow, some of those hand guards are very cool.  I lucked out and bought a great pair of gloves from the local Vespa dealer.  The outer material is wind resistant and water resistant, with grippy material on the palms and inside of the fingers.  So far the insulation inside has kept my hands toasty, and one morning I rode was about 35 F.

I've always put hand guards on my bikes but to tell the truth they don't always
do what you want. They can create turbulence on your helmet for example so
maybe I should try those mitts?

Here are some for $20- I earmarked to try on the scooter. I'm holding off as
some windshields might do the same thing...
