SideVisor

I found this side visor on a Taiwanese site. They had some suspension parts
too but I don't see prices or how to order...

I found this in a list on the Kymco global site for the New Dink (AKA Yagaer);

No it's the V shaped plastic that extends the body. We'd call it a body fairing I guess.
The second link did not work! Bummer. There are 4 pages of accessories for the New
Dink on that site. I downloaded a catalog but don't know how to show it here...

I'd love to get that for my DT300.

Yamaha has it in it's original parts/accessories catalogue for Majesty 400 (almost bought that bike),
but it was tiny and costs a lot.

Hate to keep asking dumb questions . . . so does the visor widen the fairing ?

Maybe to keep wind off the rider ?

Thanks guys for the clarification.

I'll have add that to the list of cool accessories that I can't get for my Kymco scooter !

(I say things like this once in a while in hopes that one day Kymco will do better on this issue.)

  It seams strange that they already have the accessories and ship stuff to USA so
why can't they sell the accessories here? Even if you had to wait for the slow boat
people here like to accessorize their rigs. The MC guys know they can make a lot of
extra money on the accessories. It's big business...

 There are a couple of guys on the Zuma forums that sell stuff from Taiwan (with
a big markup I'm sure) maybe they'd help us out too?

Randy,

That's a great idea about the Zuma guys - I don't know the group, can you ask ?

And you're right on the money about accessories being big money.
I heard a podcast that dealer markup on bikes is thin & the shops need accessory sales to make it.

Man, I'd love a set of those! It'd be nice for keeping the knees warmer in the winter months.

The Super8 seems to have a bigger fairing:

I'd like to make something this big:

Or when I'm, back in the money again I'll probably get a lap blanket thingy like this;

Those skirt are really good at keeping the legs warm but you better practice taking your feet out fast before heading to cities ;-)
