I wish I would have read this post first. I just started a new one about ATGATT. You guys assured me that proper gear is the right thing. Even in NY summer heat, an OLYMPIA airglide (toxic), with Kevlar Jeans, Forma boots and a SHOEI is just fine. There is a lot of great gear available and not too expensive at the right places. Try MOTORCYCLEGEAR.COM. these guys are great.
