can you identify this part?

This came of a 2001 kymco people 50 two stroke. Any idea where it goes?

did it just, pop out? from somewhere???



..it appears to be a brass bushing,  but i do not immediately recognize it...
..every mod (action) necessitates a (reaction) mod..

I bought a craigslist basket case and it was the only part i couldn't figure out.
Turns out it is part #90121-GFY6-901 and fits over the right side bolt that holds on the engine hanger.
