I had one of these on last winter while riding my scoot and a cop stopped me and said I could not wear the mask. I could "not wear a costume mask in public outside of Halloween". I wanted to tell him he was full of crap. I just bit my tongue and took it off. It was only cold enough to put it on a few times but it pissed me off.
