..friend and co-worker..rides a 2012 goldwing...every day, like me...pretty much year-round, rain or shine...

..someone pulled out in front of him 1/2 mile away from work this evening...

..they hauled him away onna stretcher is all i know...

..yeah, this guy been riding one bike or another pretty much all his life...



..keep this in mind..the first few minutes after getting on your bike are critical...

..you're semi-distracted, checking mirrors, etc....



..it's a vulnerable time...

True that ya never know. I go slow and easy in the winter.And stay farther away from traffic....
