Change my People 50 S or not?

I don't know what to do if i change my 2007 Kymco People 50 S (4 strokes) for a new Kymco Like 50 (2 strokes)?

The Super 8 look good too, but not sure if he have enough space for two adult on the scooter!?
In 2007 i buy the People because the seat was enough long, comfortable for two adults and 16" wheels!
I install a 72cc kit to have better performance and torque.
I check the LIKE 50 he have a 2 stroke motor wiht better performance i think, a long seat too but only 12" wheels.

So i don't know what to do, if i change the scooter or not this spring?

Some advice???

You don't want to move up to a 150? The 2 strokes are a bit of a different animal,
they like to rev to make power and can be a hassle in stop and go especially with
2 people. On the open road they're a lot of fun tho!

Here in Montreal (Quebec, Canada) if we have a 51cc and + you need to have your motocycle licence driver!
To have the licence it cost 600$ to past the cours!
Just for my Kymco, it cost $273.50 for the plate each year!

Motocycle cost more!!!

 Well in that case, you can make a 2 stroke have a lot of power but
reliability might be less than stock. Look for a liquid cooled 50cc 2
stroke (I think the super 9 is??). They will handle the power better.
I think a derestricted one will go 50 mph. Read the 50cc forums here
for more help.
 
 I have a bigger scoot so no info for the 50's....

Here a 50cc costs $4 to register (as a moped) but you can't go faster
than 30 MPH or face a ticket.

Get your motorcycle license!
There are only shades in actual performance between different 50cc Kymcos and imho it's not worth the money you loose with switching vehicles.

My Super 8 has plenty of room for me, 6ft 200lbs and my fat ass hoe. If you can find a water cooled 50cc in good shape they are much faster.
