this is why I changed the oil at 50 miles and 100 miles and I change the oil hot, no waiting for the motor to cool off, all the crap is still floating, the dealer changed the transmission oil and put in royal purple at 600 km. I changed it hot at 1,000 km. and you should have seen the crap that came out,

ouch thats not good ......You might be lucky it might be a piece of the spring or the threds on the bold.
I would run the scoot for a few days then change the oil again...let the scoot run for a few then change it use a screen for the oil to go threw so you can see if you find anything ealse...

Since my agility is under warranty for the next 2 years, I let the mechanic at the dealership do it for me. They do not use Royal Purple. Instead they use AMS synthetic oil. 10w-40 is the grade of oil they use. AMS is up there in top synthetic oils. Mobil1 is good as well. The mechanic at Vegas Motor Sports take good care of us. I know the changing the oil on these bikes is easy. I changed the oil on my old cheap Chinese 50cc bikes. Good luck sir.

Yea runs fine, no noise.
Question is was it there in the sump when bolted together or is it something that has happened?
I am going to report it to the kymco warranty guy, I have his email which I got of my dealer when I told him. See what happens, if nothing at least I have reported and noted the problem inside warranty.
