Bore Kit for 2013 Agility 50
« on: March 05, 2013, 01:20:23 AM »
What is my best option for a bore kit that will get me speed? my scooter is already derestricted and has a malossi variator installed. I'd like to install myself so i don't have to pay the dealership $400 for parts and labor, so if anyone has directions for me that would be appreciated as well. My engine life is also not a concern I don't plan on riding my scooter to its grave and i don't really care if I the police have something to say about my scooter haha.  Thanks

Well something like this would be easy to install and a nice increase but it cost $350!

Like Randy said, the polini is the best imo. If not, I would say definitely get something Taiwanese as opposed to Chinese. Brands like MTRT, see, and NCY are your best bet

You can get the same speeds without a BBK by proper cvt tuning. The only benefit of a BBK is better torque/acceleration, the top speed is limited by the size of your variator, belt length and rear pulley. You could bore it out to 100cc and it still wouldnt get a faster topend. You should be able to hit 50mph and stay there on the BBK instead of dropping speed on hills etc tho so for that alone its worth it i reckon.
Chaos is my co-pilot.

I can recomend you Honda - Sundiro kit buyed from www.revolution70.com My auto mechanic install it when Agility has 2000 km...now is 26 000 KM on counter, and still running ...

Its 72 ccm kit ( Known as 80 ) 47 mm bore diameter, original head. Kit is only real improve of Agility performance, all other are children games ( of course you should derestrict, cut CDI, and put little lighter rollers egz 6,2 gr ) My Agility also has KN intake filter and catalisator out exhaust,,,,,speed is 75, but the kit doesnt give you speed , just agility ( power )

NCY kit is in my opinion best solution, Polini is just a name, but even a 25 $ ebay kits if installed properly are good solution

I'm with blue on this. Don't waste your money on a big bore kit. Save up some money and get yourself a bigger bike. You will happy you did. My agility 125 can do up to 70mph if it wants to. My bike gets up to 50mph within 10 seconds and I do not even have the throttle open.

Out of all the Kymco bikes the Agility model is the least expensive. Even my agility 125 is less than some of the 50cc bikes Kymco sells.
