What happened with the left brake lever?
Why so few miles - always unpleasant or under repair? My 2007 Xciting has 10x more.

Personally for a 2007 with that damage it's not worth it to me. With the cost of repair added to the $3,000 the price is to high. I have seen perfect X500's for the same $. And with the low miles it must have sat (not running for a long time), and that's not good. :-*

I paid $2800 for a new '09 leftover. Best deal ever. I will agree that the paint/bodywork will cost $$$$ unless one can do it themselves.

Brake lever is from the PO letting it fall over when he was trying to get on. He is in his 80s. I have had it a year. Only had 76 miles on it when I got it and I dont ride it much is why the low miles. As for the body/paint. It isnt bad enough to need "body work" it is only scuffed on the very edge.

Sissy Mary, the bike runs perfectly without issue. It did sit when the PO had it but It has never given me an issue in the year that I have had it. As for cost of repair. The only thing really needing repair is maybe a brake lever but it works fine as is. I didnt want to try to bend it back in fear it might break.
