Agility 50 fuel problems

I am working on my dad's Agility 50 I replaced the cdi box due to no spark and now it's not getting fuel. if i pour a little fuel in the carb it will run. i took the carb off and cleaned it all up all the diaphrams look good but when I trid to blow through the fuel inlet line into the carb I cant blow threw in it any ideas ? TIA

close the idel screw all the way then back it off 2 1/4 turns and see if that helps or stick a pin in the hole you are blowing in to see if its pluged up . or change the gas lines and gas filter. check the pedcock under the gas tank to see if its leting gas in the line. check all the air lines to see if they look ok.
