« on: April 26, 2013, 12:44:22 AM »
ok now I need help been awhile sense I asked. scoot starts up and runns fine. but for some reason it will only top out a 25 to 30 slows down fast cant get it up to top speed of 43 any more.
it was fine one day then the next it just started this. no sign of trouble the belt only a year old and so are the rollers. what gives. the clutch is also only a year old. carb is new with a 85 jet stock air box. feels like maybe something holding me back.

Got that right jokes on me picked up a small peace of glass in the back tire.
that would for sure slow me down. I have a spare tire but for now I just put a plug in it.

This is a great little thread :) I'm happy to be here!
