How do I get to my coolant container to fill it up?

I can not figure this out. I need to fill it up. I've taken out every single screw I could find and still can't seem to figure out how to take the front piece off to fill it up. Anything I'm missing? Anything special I should do? next option is to take a bat to it which will allow me to get to it real quick

Slow down with the bat B, The Scoot you have may be air cooled so it uses the fan and oil to cool it instead of anti freeze and a radiator. Which scoot do you have.
