Biondi Windshield from Scooterville

Question for the people who have ordered from them. How has their service been?
I ordered a windshield from them last Saturday, and got the standard "Thank You We appreciate your business" web page, but have not received any confirmation email. I used my wife's Paypal account and it has debited money from the bank account. On Thursday, I sent an email inquiring on the status, and did not get a response.
So far I am rather disappointed in their lack of responsiveness.

I know this does not help much but I bought my scooter from them and they have a conscientious staff and good service in person. Not sure who would be filling your order but Jonathon was my salesman. You could ask for him if you call, but this place is a very nice shop, does lots of business and is very reputable.

I was just there today getting my new Michelin Power Pure's put on, loved them on the ride home by the way, and I asked about the Bondi. Bob the owner said he just sold the last one in stock and it was getting shipped out today. He expects more to be in from Italy in about 2 weeks.

I just received an email from Bob at Scooterville. My windshield is packaged up and is shipping out on Monday. They had been out stock, but got more in on Friday.
I had no knowledge about Scooterville and did not know how reputable of a shop they were.

He's sending you the one he showed me. He held it up next to the DT on the floor so I could see ho high it was going to be.

Scooterville is a great shop. A show floor full of shiny new models to pine for, good product, service and prices. We are lucky to have them here locally.

Scooterville are pretty awesome. There's always scoots on the floor to drool over, the staff are always helpful and really know their stuff. The place has the same ambience as the old bike shops I remember, you know the ones I mean, the basic "shed with bikes in it" that forever smelled of oil and 2-stroke exhaust.

Got my windshield today. Installation wasn't bad at all.

I've been going to Scooterville over a decade now (since they opened). Always good service. I didn't realize that they did mail order since it's by my work. Great shop.

Hey Kayakbuilder,
Do you want to give us your thoughts on the windshield after using it for a while?

I have tried the Givi version and think the Biondi is much better.
My only nitpick is the optical clarity of the plastic could be better.

How about wind around your head with this one, and especially noise?

Im glad I got the givi because I raised the seat 2 inches, so it fits perfect, I can see over it and have to scrunch down to get out of the wind, at high speed, not to often that happens,. 211 lbs. use to be 6 ft. 2 inches but the leg is still long,
