I would likewise be interested - I have done nothing more than change fluids on mine, which is a piece of cake...

I just installed the MRP 300cc upgrade kit. I never got to ride it before the install, so I can't say how much improvement it is. I haven't taken it past 45mph either. I'm brand new to 2 wheels, and both me and the new motor are in "break in mode". It's begging me to open up and fly. lol. Gotta build up some nerve first... those wind gusts are spooky even at 45mph!

i had reached 140kph on my Xciting 250 @ 8500rpm. no modifications on the engine tried it in expressway (philippines). if my windshield has not been cut short, it probably goes more. some modifications i've done on the pulley in order for the drive belt to go wider on the drive pulley and I installed 19grams straight roller weights.

putting that 300cc kit should reach 95mph max speed..  my friend's GrandVista reached that speed using a Polini 300cc kit.

I just posted a site to get the service manual for someone else. It may help you also.   http://www.scribd.com/
