Look up rollers vs. sliders on YouTube. Greatt, self explaitory video there. I've found 1 gram HEAVIER on sliders is an equal match.

Yeah, 1 gram heavier on sliders is about an equal match to rollers, by my experience.

Unless you grease the sliders a bit with thick, synthetic high temperature (600 F) grease... a very thin film on the track the sliders go into, and a very thin film on the sliders themselves... then 1 gram heavier will perform like a 1 gram heavier roller.
