handlebar or seat bag for a scooter

Hi , anyone came across of any small bag which would fit like wallet and phone and can secured somewhere around handlebar or on the seat? I cant find anything small , my idea would be like a small bag which can be secured like wristband on the left side of the handlebar.

My work sort of uniform doesnt have any zipped pockets and stuff tend to fall out , i kinda got annoyed by using underseat storage.

But i want it to be vertical so it doesnt go wide towards the handles.
