Agility euro 50 4t

Does anybody know if there is a difference between the agility 50 we get in the U.S. and the euro 50 I am seeing on some sites that sell parts? I wonder if it could just be restricted and un-restricted versions.

I think they are the same. In Europe 50 cc scooters must go <50 km/h so I think they are all restricted too.
