Japanese cdi
« on: July 14, 2013, 08:07:15 AM »
Has anyone put a jap bike cdi into a kymco. I was told these cdi's are a better product over any Chinese makes that's why there's no performance improvement exept removing the rev limiter on some models with the Chinese after market cdi's. I'm more interested in the timing side. I'm sure a race ready motor x bike verses a road and trail (road registered )cdi unit would be completely two different units.
Any thoughts and ideas would be good.thanks.
Go hard or die trying,lol

I would keep the stock CDI and spend time and money on something that will make a difference.
