This is not the stock kymco muffler but its design is similar.
Steel fabrication
Welded at both ends
Small header and exit pipes.
Question- has anyone cut one open?
Where did they cut ?
Did they re-use ?
Etc etc
Any fore-knowledge would be useful .

I asked the same question when I had an Agility 50 and was encouraged to get an aftermarket pipe. At about $350 I left well enough alone.

$350US is $150US more than i paid for the whole complete bike
