what up guys..... i have a zx 50 that is modded to a point and now i will do a biuld on the same scoot but 1st:              visual mods include:      removed turn signals, wired for euro lights
                                                         removed rear rack and rear fender
                                                         removed stickers
                                                        08 super9 brakes/suspension/wheels
                                                         polished cvt cover
                                                         chrome handgrips
                                                          blacked out lenses w/led upgrade
                                                           led side marker lights/ accent lights throughout
                                                         painted all silver black w/ black floorboards
                                i think thats all at this point.......


                            performance mods at this point:  shaved head for squish
                                                                        ported exhaust port
                                                                        ported oem intake/ reed cage
                                                                        technigas next r chrome ppipe
                                                                        open air filter / rejetting. current 97m
                                                                        above mentioned s9 upgrade
                                                                        adige clutch
                                                                       malossi 1000 contra w/ 2000 flys
                                                                        race variator w/5.1g rollers
                                                                        gates powerlink belt
                            i think i have listed all thats done. if i forgot something i will add later.......


ok my prts list now include:       malssi 70cc bbk
                                           leo vince zx pipe
                                           malossi multivar
                                           motorio clutch w/ performance clutch bell
                                          4 petal reed cage w/ oko 24mm carb
                                           bando race coil
                                           suitai cdi box 
                                           dual boost bottle kit w/ universal nos kit
                                           doing port work on the cases....ie: the boost port and intake tracts

update:  here is the intake tract after alot of porting...

have port matched the cylinder..(no pic yet)
STILL waiting on my pipe to arrive
gotta polish the piston a lil bit and make sure of the port measurements then i shall start the reassembly, i hope...(picked up a cobra racer last night, needs some work tho but complete. )

Great, Batman!  Good luck and Merry Christmas.  Your mods are along the lines of what Sid did, right?  We only heard a post or two from him after he competed his but think he was happy with it.  I'm assuming he has moved mostly to another forum?  Miss him.  Keep it up and stick around!

Update.... I finally have my accent lights installed....
I did however "squash" the crank with a press and had to sent off to another member to balance the crank for me.....The freshly made lv zx pipe will arrive next week also...

What color(s) did you do for the LED lights?

Hey os... I did one white strip at the floorboard and some red and green lights.. i have a few more red to install around engine later..... i will send a pic of the sight so far... i need more tho..
I did install some red led side markers also but they are wired into the lights.. they wont come on still running...

Oh yeah,

You have to add the engine lighting.

makes it look nice - and you'll be able to show off that lv exhaust. 

A big step up over my well light rusty OEM exhaust!

What up ppl?.... Well i figured i had better update a bit here.. I am STILL in the middle of this build, parts have finally showed up.
I have the ex. duration @ 182*-184*
           trans. duration @ 128*-130*
           boost duration @ 126*-128*
I think these #'s will work out..(may as well do it to where she will "GET IT"... I finally scored aset of secondary gears of 15/42 to installl later.(when it's finished and tuned). Here is several pics of this whole process so far, still got a ways to go yet.






Here i just wanted to see what the carb is gonna look like.. . The one pic is of the LV ZX pipe for it. I am having the carb powder coated along with a cpl pieces the green as on the wheels and having the seat redone with a red strip around it.(should get it back tomorrow).. I was sure blessed with the parts to do this build here. Oh yeah, i am also having a "extended swingarm"(for lack of better terms) fabbed up and powder coated as well.(should get it from the welder sat.)... Sorry so such a long ass post.
